Rolls-Royce 20/25 Barnfind Harold Wilson 2009

On 14th May 2012 was contacted by Harold Wilson in Wales (not that Harold Wilson)

but a lovely gentleman with a collection of vintage and classic cars scattered everywhere.

he contacted me through an advert where I was looking for vintage Bentley parts. after a long chat on the phone about his collection it was decided I should go down to Wales and visit him.

I called a friend of mine Phil Payne and asked him if he fancied a trip out to see the collection. up bright and early the following friday 11th Mawe set off for South Wales,

on the road to Ross we had a blow out in the VW Golf I was driving. when we arrived into Harold’s town we stopped off at the local greasy spoon for a full English (we didn’t ask for that though) I remember Phil referring to the place as “ it’s like the Hills have Eyes here”
